Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Defog account without reinstalling the app.

Request deletion by email

  1. Send your request to hello@decagrowth.co with the subject “Defog account deletion”.
  2. Include the email address associated with your Defog account. Do not send your password.
  3. We will verify account ownership before deleting the account and its associated data.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your Defog account, profile, quit history, check-ins, craving logs, and saved program progress. You can also request deletion of specific activity data without deleting your account by describing the data in your email.

Subscriptions and retained records

Account deletion does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it through Google Play or the App Store to stop future renewals. Transaction records that must be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes are handled separately from your activity data.
